Job Summary

We are seeking creative dedicated individuals who wish to grow in their career with a sense of ownership as a Designer - Print Manager. This position is suited for a self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values who is also detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment.

The hard skills we seek listed below are required to plug in with little to no training, however, as responsibility and skills increase, so will the rate of pay.

Responsibilities

Sign design and production.
Readily produces designs, concepts, proofs,
Readily reads, interprets, and follows work orders.
Takes on responsibility for “on-time” print production.
Prepares mockups and proposes effective materials.
Can perform follow up on admin organizational work.
Can drive and operate a high reach Boom Truck.
Can manage online presence, marketing, blogging, website optimization.
Can project manage from concept to install.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a professional sign maker – design and production
Excellent oral, written communication skills and are smart phone savvy
Background in vinyl creation and application
Large format digital printing
Design creativity
Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Experience with RIP software
Vehicle decal and wrap installation
Hold a valid driver’s license and have a firm grasp of driving within the city.

Preferred related skills and attributes:

Website content management or computing networking skills.
Project or business management experience.
Great had tool skills.

Compensation: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
