Fresh Coast Signs and Graphics is currently searching for a Vinyl Graphics and Signmaker to join our team. This candidate must be motivated, hard-working, a quick learner with the desire to enter and advance within this growing industry. Fresh Coast Signs and Graphic is a company that produces all types of signs, graphics and printing services. The chosen candidate will perform various duties at our facility, along with signage production and installations throughout the local area.
General Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Design and Installation of:ADA signage, dimensional, way-finding, store front signage, and large vinyl graphics, Full vehicle and trailer graphic wraps, Vinyl lettering of graphic applications on all types of vehicles, and windows.
- Responsible for all aspects of physical sign production: Printing, Preparing substrates, Mount and laminating prints, Proofread print for accuracy and quality
- Able to take direction, and follow procedures for quality and safety
- Self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong desire to develop existing skills with an openness to new production techniques.
- Work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but will occasionally need to perform installations after-hours and on weekends).
- Mechanically inclined as the job duties will require light carpentry skills and knowledge of power and hand tools.
- Able to lift/carry heavy objects.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Effectively communicate with clients when necessary.
- Extreme pride of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Promote the development of client and team relationships
- Good math skills.
- Arrive to work on time and ready to work
- Clean attire and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years sign industry experience
- Background in vinyl creation & application and large format digital printing
- Strong computer skills and spectacular design creativity
- Expert experience in one or more of the following programs: FlexiSIGN, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with sign industry Cyrious software or CoreBridge is also desired
- Solid track record of accurately estimating and meeting deadlines
- Detail-orientation and multi-tasking skills are critical
- Unparalleled communication skills
- Good math skills
- Strong people skills, able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Work directly with both customers and subcontractors

Salary commensurate with experience
Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
