We’re looking for candidates with experience in sign production/fabrication and installation. The right candidates will be professional, coachable, self-motivated, self-confident, and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment. This role will have an immediate impact on the overall operations of the business and will have room for growth.

Responsibilities
- Operate sign production technology including printers, cutters, and laminators
- Operate power tools, panel saws, and other equipment safely and according to best practices
- Back end operations such as laminating and finishing signs for installation
- Installation at client sites both indoors and outdoors
- Assist in driving and improving work processes and procedures
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Consult/interface with customers
- Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional
Qualifications
- Print production experience
- Vinyl application experience
- Sign finishing experience including lamination, weeding, and readying for installation
- Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients and vendors
- Ability to find and execute creative solutions
- Ability to work independently
Not Required but Desirable Skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with project management software
- Experience with vehicle graphics installation

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
