Job Summary:
We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in signage and project coordination, who is comfortable using HubSpot and exploring automation tools. While graphic design skills are a plus, the role emphasizes client interaction, project management, and hands-on sign-making.

Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Understand client needs and guide them through the signage process.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, approvals, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Sign Production: Assist with tasks like vinyl application, digital printing setup, and sign assembly.
- Graphic Design Support: Create design proofs and adjust artwork for production.
- HubSpot & Automation: Use HubSpot & Corebridge for client management and explore automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Growth & Training: Learn advanced sign-making techniques and expand into project management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in signage production, project coordination, or installation.
- Strong customer service skills and project coordination experience.
- Hands-on skills with vinyl cutters and large-format printers.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HubSpot or willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Preferred:
- Experience with digital printing or vinyl application.
- Interest in growing into project management.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
