Position description: Manage the project workflow across outside sales, sales support, external service providers and municipalities.

Communications

Direct sales site checks to the appropriate department for next steps, either sales support or design.
Gather customer information and request additional information that is necessary to meet customer needs.
Monitor e-mail account for incoming communications from suppliers, municipalities and customers.
Manage incoming site-check information for use by sales support and design departments.
Take Credit Card information for deposit or final payment.
Contact vendors to inquire on pricing and project status for customers updates.

Project Management

Using Adobe Illustrator to size up site checks for sales support estimates.
Manage permits and provide updates to team and customers.
Work with customer on any additional information required for permit approval.
Work with the design team on information needed for quoting process.
Keep internal electronic communication boards up to date and accurate

Skills/ Experience

Experience in a customer-facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for sales support estimating process.
Must be proficient in using PC-based browsers and PC-based computer programs.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations correctly.
Experience in a sign or printing business is not required but considered a plus for this role.
Ability to multitask while providing primary focus to prioritized tasks.

Minimum requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide their own transportation to/from work.
Must have at least an associates degree.
Must have some basic project management experience and training in the discipline.
Must be fluent in English and be able to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
Must have legible handwriting skills

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
