Job Description: Sign Fabricator and Installer
Company: Pinnacle Signs and Graphics
Location: Plano, TX 75074
PLEASE NOTE: This position requires limited design responsibilities. If you are solely a graphic designer without sign production experience, please do not apply.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a professional sign maker – design and production
- Background in vinyl creation and application
- Experience with large-format digital printing
- Expertise using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with RIP software
- Knowledgeable in color management preferred
- Experience with CoreBridge workflow management software preferred
Minimum Job Duties:
- Sign design and production
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Consult/interface with customers by phone and in person
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
- Maintain company signage equipment
- Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
- Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques necessary to meet customer’s needs
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (in office or at customer job sites)

Pinnacle Signs and Graphics is in need of an experienced Sign Fabricator and Installer to join our team. This person will be in a unique position to impact the trajectory and culture of the company. We are looking for a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills who values delivering excellence. This person must also be detail-oriented, work well in a fast-paced environment, and be able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Our Sign Makers are self-confident and not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius, and, most importantly, have fun!
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
