We need a lot of help with leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and successful installation of signage & branding projects within our existing portfolio & new projects as they develop. Play a vital role in coordinating with clients & vendors, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that signage & branding projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the highest quality standards. This position demands strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. You'll need to have and/or develop a deep understanding of design, branding, signs, construction and even our client’s businesses.
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must live in the Columbus MSA. Also, project management experience is required in one of the following areas: construction, multi-family housing, commercial real estate, or signs. Finally, you must also have project manager certifications such as: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Design, Construction Management, Business or a related field of study.
- You must provide examples of projects you worked and explain your role in detail
- Strong familiarity & experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, vendors and stakeholders.
- Ability to make deadlines by understanding how to plan your work backwards from the completion date.
- Technology oriented, especially proficient in project management software & tools, strong familiarity with Microsoft products is a must.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Capably develop written project management procedures
- Understand big picture goals and know how to make adjustments to achieve them
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Industry experience in construction, design, branding, signage or similar equivalent is required

Compensation: $56,160.00 - $66,560.00 per year
