Job Summary
The Sign Maker is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Sign Maker is also detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment, and is able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Sign Maker is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, and creative genius. Most importantly, the sign maker shows up to work Monday-Friday demonstrating that he is a reliable employee. I am looking for a sign maker that is excited to work for a business that is new to the market.

Responsibilities
- Sign design, production, and installation
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Answer phones
- Consult/interface with customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
- Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
- Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
- Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a professional sign maker – design, production, and installation
- Background in vinyl creation and application
- Large format digital printing
- Design creativity
- Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with Onyx Postershop RIP software
- Vehicle wrap installation
- Knowledgeable in color management
- Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.)
- Experience with drills and basic construction
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
